Vipin Tyagi is innovation and Business leader with deep understanding of communications and information technology. He has been at C Level Excutive for over 20 years and led transformation of couple of organisations through strategic shift and technology innovation.He has led organisation with proven and deep expertise in large systems for national level networks and systems with indigenous technology for over 11 years.

He is former Executive Director and chairman of the board at Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), national telecom technology research centre of Government of India.

He also has been Global CEO of Network Program Inc, US based broadband technology development organisation with operations in USA, Japan, India, Israel and Australia.

He has been CTO, CIO and EVP Strategic Relationships at PGi, USA based Global virtual events corporation till 2021.

He has been President of Digital Communication India forum (DCIF) a Forum of Pacific telecommunication India forum (PTCIF). from Dec 2014 to February 2023.Presently working in executive committee member as past president.

He has 12 Patents Granted,22 Patents Filed, 6 Copyrights Granted,3 Copyrights Filed and 36 Publications in Journals & Conferences.

He has been part of more then 200 apex govt committee in IT and Telecom.

Presently he is co-founder/Director of biotech startup.He is certified corporate director/independent director and corporate and technology advisor.he is respected thought leader/visionary/speaker/expert of telecom community in India.
