Introduction

V.K. Arya is the CEO and founder of “AVK Global Trainers, LLP Co, New Delhi, from July 2014. Served as an officer of Indian Telecom Service (ITS) and retired in Nov. 2012 as Deputy Director General from Telecom Eng. Centre, Department of Telecom (DOT), Government of India. He has worked as Senior General Manger Training, in BSNL’s International Training Institute, Ghaziabad, UP and General Manager (Training) at TCIL, an Indian MNC for 5 years

Experience of more than 38 years in various areas of Management and Telecommunications including Soft skills, Public dealings, Project Management, Outside Plant Telecom Network, Network Planning, Local Area Network, Telecom Material Management and Planning, Optical Fiber Communication (FTTH,GPON), WDM/DWDM, Project Management, Telecom Marketing Management, Telecom Training Management, Broadband Wireless Access (WiMAX), IP Networking (including IPv6), Network Security, Wireless Communication.

He was awarded UNDP fellowship for 10 weeks in China in 1992, where he was ranked number one among 26 participants from 21 countries of South East Asia. He was awarded Asia Pacific Telecommunity (APT) fellowship in 2007 in Frequency Management at Seoul, in South Korea.

Conducted trainings on HAM Radio at IIT, Jammu, TEC, NTIPRIT, ALTTC and in a Govt College and a large number of other schools, colleges and universities.
