As Dy DG (International Relation ),DOT/MOC &IT was responsible to further the interest of C-DOT and coordinate appropriate resources for futuristic research,as well nodal officer for National Research Council to evolve strategy for realization & DEVELOPMENT OF Product in the fiel of Telecom& IT COVERING INSAT Programe.

Also responsible for Telecom Engineering Centre (TEC/DOT) and overall coordinator for QA OF PRODUCTS& Services as well as manage foreign co-operations for TEC,QA ,C-DOT & TRAI.

INTERACTION FOR REGIONAL & INTERNATIONAL co-operation with ITU,APT ,INTELSAT,Inmarsat and various Intergovernmental organisations.

Concluding bi-lateral MOUs/Agreements with foreign countries and oversee their implementation in the field of standards,spectrum management,evolving Indian Regulatory Framework and exchange of experts and implementation of pilot- projects , organize /co-ordinate meetings at the level of MOC/Secretary etc in India & Abroad including participation in ITU & APT Symposiums & Exhibitions and Policy meetings.

Co-ordinate meetings ,exhibitions & coferences, VISITS ABROAD & viceversa by Indian Industry Chambers like FICCI,CII, ASSOCHAM ,FOREIGN COUNTRIES related associations /councils, Industry chabers in India and abroad with DOT participation including essential programme in consultation our Missions /MEA at Minister I/C ,MOC & IT /Secretary level
